The Sovereign Sprint™ · FRANOMICS® Cohort Program
Six Weeks.
One Decision.
Your Business.
From W-2 Employee to Verified Business Owner — in 42 days.

A high-velocity, gate-gated cohort program that builds a decision-making engine — not a browsing habit. Every week has a shift, a deliverable, a webinar, and a mandatory gate. Week 6 ends with a signed franchise agreement or acquisition contract, not another spreadsheet.

Week 1 · Entity & Capital
Week 2 · FRANOMICS Filter
Week 3 · Validation
Week 4 · Capital Architecture
Week 5 · Go / No-Go
Week 6 · Sign & Exit Blueprint

Commitment Framework
The Program Begins Before Week 1.

Every Sovereign Sprint participant signs this before the first webinar. It is not a legal contract. It is a standard you hold yourself to.

◆ Oval Ownership Pathway · Sovereign Sprint™ ◆
Letter of Intent to Myself

I am entering the Sovereign Sprint™ because I have decided — not merely wondered — that business ownership is my next chapter.

I understand that this program is designed to produce a decision, not extend a search. I commit that by the end of Week 6, I will have either signed a franchise or acquisition agreement that meets my FRANOMICS® criteria, or I will have formally and consciously revised my criteria and timeline with my advisor.

I will not use this program as a reason to keep looking without deciding. If a business meets 70% of my Forensic Criteria and the unit economics are confirmed by three independent franchisees, I accept that my leadership as CEO resolves the remaining 30% — and I sign.

I am not buying a job. I am acquiring a 10-year cash-flow engine with a built-in exit strategy. The Franchise Agreement is the beginning of that engine — not the end of my search.

The Gate System
Pass the Gate or Reset. There Is No Coasting.

The Sovereign Sprint uses a mandatory Gate at the end of Week 3. Participants who do not meet the criteria do not advance to Week 4. This is the mechanism that separates owners from browsers.

✓ Gate Cleared — Advance to Week 4
You Have Completed the Validation Gauntlet
You have called at least 5 franchisees using the OOP Truth Probe. You have spoken to at least one franchisee who left the system or is underperforming. You have submitted your Personal Financial Statement (PFS) to LoansBloom. You have reduced your brand shortlist to a maximum of 2 candidates. Your advisor has signed off on your validation notes.
✗ Gate Not Cleared — Mandatory Reset Protocol
One Week Pause Before Continuing
Participants who have not completed validation calls, have not submitted their PFS, or have not reduced their shortlist receive a mandatory one-week Reset Sprint. In that week, Jewan conducts a private diagnostic call to identify the specific blocker — whether it is emotional, financial, or informational — and resets the clock. No one is removed from the program. But no one advances without meeting the criteria.
The Six-Week Curriculum
Every Week Has a Shift, a Deliverable, and a Gate.

01
Week One · Days 1–7
The Entity & The Asset Map
Stop looking for a job you love. Start building an asset that performs.
✓ Gate: LLC Formed + PFS Draft Submitted
+
Core Actions This Week
The Mindset Shift
"I am not searching for a passion. I am acquiring a system that generates cash flow while I sleep."
  • Register the LLC — name, state of formation, operating agreement drafted
  • Obtain EIN from the IRS — business identity established
  • Open a dedicated business bank account — severance and capital routed here, not personal accounts
  • Complete the FRANOMICS® Ownership DNA Assessment — personality and risk tolerance mapped
  • Draft Personal Financial Statement (PFS) — liquidity, 401k, equity, monthly burn rate
  • Sign the Letter of Intent to Myself — the program's foundational commitment
Live Webinar
◆ Week 1 Webinar Topic
"The Math of Sovereignty: Why Passion Fails but Systems Scale."
We deconstruct the myth of "finding what you love" and replace it with the FRANOMICS® Asset Framework: the four measurable criteria that determine whether a business is worth your decade.
Cohort Deliverables Due
LLC Certificate + EIN confirmation
Business bank account — screenshot of opening
Draft Personal Financial Statement (PFS)
Signed Letter of Intent to Myself
1-on-1 Mentorship Focus
Executive & Elite Tier Members Only

Private 30-minute call with Jewan Tiwari. Focus: reviewing the PFS for accuracy, identifying whether ROBS, SBA 7(a), or a hybrid capital structure is the right path, and setting the income replacement target that drives the brand filter.
Jewan's Week 1 Question
"What does financial sovereignty look like for your family — not in theory, but in a monthly number?"
02
Week Two · Days 8–14
The FRANOMICS® Forensic Filter
We narrow 400+ brands down to 3. Browsing ends. Filtering begins.
Gate: 3 FDDs Requested + Essential Service Criteria Defined
+
Core Actions This Week
The Mindset Shift
"I am not browsing brands. I am applying a forensic filter. Most brands are eliminated before I read page one."
  • Apply the FRANOMICS® Two-Screen Filter — Essential Service or High-Barrier-to-Entry? If neither, eliminated
  • Identify 3 industries that survive both screens — mapped to your capital, lifestyle, and income target
  • Request the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for one brand in each qualifying category
  • Begin reading Item 19 (Financial Performance Representation) on the first FDD received
  • Complete the FRANOMICS® Goldlist / Blacklist cross-reference — eliminate any brand with a known red flag
  • Identify the "White Space" territory — confirm your priority geography is available
Live Webinar
◆ Week 2 Webinar Topic
"Reading the FDD Like a PE Investor: What Item 19 Is Really Telling You — and What It's Hiding."
We walk through a live FDD Item 19 together. Members learn to calculate the real unit economics — not the top-line averages franchisors promote, but the median performance of franchisees in their third year of operation.
Cohort Deliverables Due
3 FDDs requested and received
Essential Service / High-Barrier criteria worksheet completed
FRANOMICS® Goldlist cross-reference submitted
Territory availability confirmed for primary brand
1-on-1 Mentorship Focus
Executive & Elite Tier Members Only

Private 30-minute call. Jewan reviews your 3-brand shortlist against the FRANOMICS® Forensic Scorecard. Any brand scoring below 32/50 is eliminated here — not at Week 5. Time is your most expensive resource.
Jewan's Week 2 Question
"Of the three brands in front of you — which one would you buy if you had to decide by Friday? Start there."
03
Week Three · Days 15–21 · ★ Gate Week
The Validation Gauntlet
Hear the unfiltered truth from owners — including the ones who left.
★ GATE WEEK — Must pass to advance to Week 4
+
Core Actions This Week
The Mindset Shift
"The franchisor is selling. The current franchisees are telling. I listen to what they say — and what they stop themselves from saying."
  • Call 5 current franchisees using the OOP Truth Probe questionnaire — structured 20-minute calls, not casual chats
  • Conduct the "Dark Side Inquiry" — specifically call 2 franchisees who left the system or are in Item 20's termination list
  • Identify the top 3 recurring complaints across your validation calls
  • Assess whether the complaints are system problems (eliminate) or operator problems (solvable)
  • Submit validation call notes and summary to Jewan before the Week 3 webinar
  • Reduce shortlist to maximum 1–2 brands — this is not optional
Live Webinar
◆ Week 3 Webinar Topic
"Validation Secrets: How to Spot a Sinking Ship Before You Board — The OOP Truth Probe, Live."
We walk through the Truth Probe questions live, and a past OOP client shares what they learned from their validation calls — including one call that almost ended their deal and why staying in the process was still the right decision.
Gate Requirements — All Required to Advance
5 validation call notes submitted (Truth Probe format)
2 "Dark Side" calls completed — leavers or underperformers
Shortlist reduced to 1–2 brands maximum
PFS submitted to LoansBloom for pre-qualification
Advisor sign-off on validation summary
1-on-1 Mentorship Focus
Executive & Elite Tier Members Only

This is the most critical call of the six weeks. Jewan reviews your validation notes in detail. He will tell you — directly — if what you heard in those calls is a reason to walk away or a reason to proceed. The Gate decision is made on this call.
The Gate Question
"After 5 owner calls — are the problems you heard system problems or operator problems? One eliminates. One motivates."
04
Week Four · Days 22–28
Capital Architecture — LoansBloom
Money is a tool, not a hurdle. This week we build the structure.
Gate: Lender-Ready Package Submitted + Capital Structure Chosen
+
Core Actions This Week
The Mindset Shift
"My 401k is not a retirement account anymore. It is my startup capital — and if structured correctly via ROBS, it costs me nothing in taxes or penalties."
  • Submit the full "Lender-Ready" package to LoansBloom — PFS, tax returns, liquidity verification
  • Attend the LoansBloom capital strategy session — ROBS vs. SBA 7(a) vs. hybrid structure decision
  • Determine your "Maximum Comfortable Loss" — the floor you can absorb without family financial damage
  • Calculate the Debt-to-Equity ratio of your target brand's average unit — is the structure survivable?
  • Confirm the down payment amount and its source — ROBS rollover initiated if applicable
  • Apply for OEP co-investment if eligible — Gold List brand, Executive or Elite tier only
Live Webinar
◆ Week 4 Webinar Topic
"ROBS vs. SBA: The Real Math Behind Debt-Free Ownership — and Why Most Advisors Get This Wrong."
A LoansBloom specialist joins the webinar to walk through live scenarios. Members see the actual monthly payment difference between a $500K ROBS launch and a $500K SBA-financed launch — and what that means for Year 1 survival.
Cohort Deliverables Due
LoansBloom lender-ready package submitted
Capital structure decision documented — ROBS, SBA, or hybrid
Maximum Comfortable Loss figure set and submitted
OEP co-investment application filed (if eligible)
1-on-1 Mentorship Focus
Executive & Elite Tier Members Only

Private call focused exclusively on the capital decision. Jewan reviews the LoansBloom output with the participant and stress-tests the "Maximum Comfortable Loss" number against the Disaster Case pro-forma from Week 5.
Jewan's Week 4 Question
"If this business generates zero revenue for 6 months, can your family survive? If yes — proceed. If no — let's fix the structure."
05
Week Five · Days 29–35
The Go / No-Go Forensic Review
This is the "Kill the Deal" week. If the business survives this — you buy it.
Gate: 3-Scenario Pro-Forma + FRANOMICS® Score Assigned
+
Core Actions This Week
The Mindset Shift
"My job this week is not to get excited about this business. My job is to try to kill it. If I cannot, I buy it."
  • Benchmark your target brand's P&L against the Top 10% performers in its FDD Item 19 — where do median units actually land?
  • Build the 3-Scenario Pro-Forma: Best Case (110% of median), Likely Case (85% of median), Disaster Case (50% of median, 12-month runway)
  • Apply the full FRANOMICS® Forensic Scorecard — 15 criteria scored, composite assigned
  • If score is below 35/50 — elimination. If 35–42 — conditional proceed with Jewan sign-off. If 43+ — Gold List, OEP eligible
  • Attend Discovery Day — the in-person meeting with the franchisor's leadership team
  • Decision: documented Go or documented No-Go with specific criterion cited
Live Webinar
◆ Week 5 Webinar Topic
"The Decision Matrix: When to Pull the Trigger — and When Walking Away Is the Right Business Decision."
We share two real case studies — one deal that was killed at Week 5 and what the participant did next (and the brand they ultimately signed with), and one deal that survived and is now a 3-unit portfolio.
Cohort Deliverables Due
3-Scenario Pro-Forma completed and submitted
FRANOMICS® Forensic Scorecard — all 15 criteria scored
Discovery Day attended and notes submitted
Written Go / No-Go decision with criteria cited
1-on-1 Mentorship Focus
Executive & Elite Tier Members Only

The Go / No-Go call. Jewan reviews the FRANOMICS® Scorecard and the Disaster Case scenario together. He either confirms the Go or identifies the specific criterion that is blocking the decision. No ambiguity. No "think about it." A decision is reached on this call.
The 70% Rule Applied
"If this scores 70% of your criteria and 3 owners confirmed the economics — your leadership solves the remaining 30%. That is what CEOs do."
06
Week Six · Days 36–42
Execution & The Grand Exit Strategy
Signing is not the end. It is the beginning of the exit you are building toward.
Outcome: Franchise Agreement Signed + 5-Year Exit Blueprint Delivered
+
Core Actions This Week
The Mindset Shift
"I am not signing a job. I am signing a 10-year cash-flow engine with a pre-contracted exit broker and a five-year path to a business worth 3–5x what I paid for it."
  • Franchise attorney final review of the Franchise Agreement — addenda negotiated where possible
  • LLC finalized as the entity signing the agreement — operating structure confirmed
  • Oval Realty engaged for territory site selection if brick-and-mortar is required
  • SBA submission finalized via LoansBloom or ROBS rollover executed
  • Franchise Agreement signed — BizQuisition™ pre-contracted as exit broker from Day 1
  • 5-Year Built-to-Sell Exit Blueprint delivered at signing
  • Kinship Global Festival donation triggered in the employer's or participant's name
  • Hiring brief for first key employee drafted — first hire targeted within 60 days of open
Live Webinar
◆ Week 6 Webinar
"The Operating Mindset: How to Think Like a CEO from Day 1 — Hiring, Systems, and the First 90 Days."
We shift from "buyer" to "operator." The webinar covers the first 90-day operating playbook: your first hire, your first marketing activation through the Oval Circle, and how the 5-Year Exit Blueprint turns every operating decision into an equity-building event.
Week 6 Program Outcomes
Franchise Agreement fully executed
5-Year Built-to-Sell Exit Blueprint received
BizQuisition™ pre-contracted as exit broker
Kinship Global Festival donation triggered
Enrolled in First Year Owner's Circle (Executive + Elite)
1-on-1 Mentorship Focus
Executive & Elite Tier Members Only

The Founder's Call. This is Jewan's final 1-on-1 before the participant transitions into the Owner's Circle. Focus: the first hire, the first 30-day operating goal, and the first milestone on the Exit Blueprint. The relationship does not end here — it graduates.
The Closing Question
"Five years from today — what does the buyer of this business see that makes them pay 4x what you paid? Let's build toward that today."
The Decision Law
70%
The FRANOMICS® Owner's Rule

"If a business meets 70% of your Forensic Criteria and the unit economics are confirmed by three independent franchisees — you sign. Your leadership as CEO resolves the remaining 30%. That is what you were hired to do."

The purpose of this rule is to eliminate "Permanent Looking" — the state in which a qualified buyer uses research as a substitute for decision. Every week in the looking phase is a week of lost cash flow, delayed equity, and compounding inaction. The 70% Rule exists to enforce the boundary between diligence and avoidance.

How It Works
Three Formats. Every Week. No Exceptions.

Every week of the Sovereign Sprint runs on the same rhythm: a live cohort webinar, a group accountability structure, and — for Executive and Elite members — a private 1-on-1 call with Jewan.

Weekly Live Webinar

Every Wednesday, 7:00 PM ET. 60–75 minutes. Topic aligned to that week's curriculum. Live Q&A for all cohort members. Recordings available within 24 hours for paid tiers. Each webinar ends with the upcoming week's deliverables announced and the Gate criteria restated.

Weekly 1-on-1 with Jewan

30-minute private call each week, scheduled after the webinar. Exclusive to Executive and Elite tier members. Focuses on that member's specific situation: their PFS, their brand shortlist, their capital structure, their validation call notes. This is not a group session — it is a private advisory session.

Cohort Accountability Group

A private, gated group (Slack or Circle) for cohort members only. Weekly deliverables posted, peer review encouraged, Jewan or a designated OOP associate responds within 48 hours to any posted question. The gate criteria are enforced here — members must post their completed deliverables to unlock the next week's materials.

Program Deliverables
What You Produce. What You Receive. By Tier.

Every deliverable is a real working document — not a worksheet. By Week 6, you have a business plan, a franchise agreement, a capital structure, and an exit strategy. Most outplacement programs produce a revised LinkedIn headline.
